What happens on the discovery call?
The discovery call is free and has no obligation. It lasts 30 minutes. We learn how you work, what slows you down, and what you want to hand off first. You leave with a delegation roadmap, whether you hire us or not.

Who are the people you match with?
It starts with the talent. Every virtual assistant and bookkeeper on our team clears multi-stage interviews, skills assessments, background checks and an NDA before they meet a client. All of them are based in the United States. You get a seasoned professional who works independently from day one.
How does Method Matching work?
Skills alone do not make a great fit. We match on competency and chemistry: skill set, personality, culture, and capacity. We take time to learn your business so we can pair you with the right assistant the first time. These partnerships are built through understanding, not an algorithm.

What happens after you meet your match?
We do not disappear once you are matched. A dedicated Relationship Specialist oversees your partnership, facilitates onboarding, and stays available for questions or course corrections.

What if the match is not right?
In the rare case a match is not right, we rematch you at no extra cost. That is our 100% Matching Guarantee. It has no expiration date, and there is no additional cost, ever. You do not start over from scratch, because we already know your business.
What does the agreement look like?
Virtual assistant packages start at 25 hours a month. They run month-to-month with 30 days notice. Our virtual assistants are 1099 independent contractors, and they work Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in your preferred time zone. Hours do not roll over to the next month.
Does the process change for bookkeeping and direct hire?
The steps are the same in spirit. For bookkeeping, the free 30-minute consultation is the discovery call, and we match you with a best-fit bookkeeper who works alongside your CPA. For direct hire, we apply Method Matching to full-time placements, and clients save an average of 42 days in vetting.

What is a Relationship Specialist?
A Relationship Specialist is a dedicated Peachtree team member who oversees your partnership. This person facilitates onboarding and stays available for questions or course corrections. If a match is not right, you tell your Relationship Specialist and the rematch starts.
What is the 100% Matching Guarantee?
If a match is not right, we rematch you at no extra cost. The guarantee has no expiration date. Six months in or three years in, tell your Relationship Specialist and we start matching again. We already know your business, so you do not start from scratch.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Virtual assistant packages start at 25 hours a month on a month-to-month agreement with 30 days notice. You can scale support up or down without the overhead of a traditional hire. Hours do not roll over to the next month, so we help you size your package on the discovery call.
