What clients say

• I can't say enough great things about Peachtree VA. If you're someone like me with 25-30 years of experience, my time is not well spent doing administrative work. I've had three VAs, and each one has been amazing. It takes a minute to onboard and get to know each other, but then it's seamless back-and-forth. They've really helped me grow the business.

• Peachtree VA has literally saved my life. They have an amazing process to get their clients up and running by matching them with the right person. My VA is well spoken, well written, and I trust her with all my emails, correspondences, and managing my calendar-that alone has saved me. She is my right-hand woman, making sure I am structured and ready to go. It was such an amazing match.

• I can’t say enough good things about Peachtree Bookkeeping Services! They’ve taken such a huge weight off my shoulders when it comes to managing my business finances. Everything is organized, on time, and I actually feel like I understand what’s going on with my numbers now... Honestly, working with them has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business. Highly recommend!

• We recently reached out to Peachtree VA to help with a search for a law office manager and we were introduced to their Direct Hire program. We cannot overstate how pleased we are with the quality of candidates, the multi-layered screening and vetting, the frank discussions about the pros and cons of each candidate, and the willingness to keep hunting until we felt we had our manager. Peachtree VA made the process of finding a key employee, too often a frustrating grind, a lot of fun.

• I never lack ideas but implementing them is the hard part. It's been really helpful to have someone that I can just ping, 'can you take care of this?' And when I'm out doing trainings, she's also helping me with trip planning and managing my calendar so I'm not getting so much into the weeds and can focus on my clients. So it's been a wonderful extension to have my VA by my side. And because she's organized and detail oriented, she's able to do things that free me up to do the things I want.

• Peachtree's matching process is amazing. It's miraculous to me how perfect my virtual assistant is for who I am and what I was looking for. One of the things I first had her do that was so effective was to complete all the outlines for our grant proposals. She's just built into our workflow and so everyone on our team is supported by her in that way, not just me.

• I did a time audit and realized I was spending 20+ hours a week in admin, swimming through emails, reaching out to prospects, reminding people of appointments, rescheduling, etc. When I think about the value of time and put my hourly rate against what I'm paying Peachtree to do those tasks, there was already a huge return on investment. I love my VA. Once they understood how I like to communicate with clients and prospects and how I like my schedule, they were able to replicate that mindset. It's just been amazing.

• My experience with my virtual assistant has been a 10/10. My VA, and now friend, has been outstanding. She's gone from a task partner to a thought partner, and we have such a successful relationship now. She supported me through a transitional season and I was able to build out SOP's (which I have never done before). She has been truly versatile, very adaptive, an excellent listener and executer, and she means the world to me.

• The first VA that I worked with ended up wanting less hours and I wanted to increase hours. So it ended up not being a fit, but your team pivoted very well for me. And the one I brought on has been exceptional. I wasn't documenting processes because I'm just working by myself. But letting her document my process as part of her training for customers has boosted our level of work quality for our clients because of us having to explain and iterate on how we're doing it, which is exactly what I teach my clients.

• Peachtree VA has been so essential for us. Having someone to count on, execute things and take out the “other” work that needs to be done, has helped me focus on a higher level of thinking.

• I have been a client of Peachtree VA for several years and it has been amazing working with you all. Our VA has been instrumental in our growth and success over the past few years. She's done such a great job of handling admin tasks, helps with travel and expense reporting, sends handouts to our clients, supports our coaches, purchases client gifts, and helps things run smoothly, ensuring everyone has a white glove experience. If you are interested in having a more white glove experience for your clients, Peachtree VA is absolutely the place to go.

• We recently reached out to Peachtree VA, our pot of gold at the end of the Virtual Assistant rainbow, to ask if they could duplicate their magic touch in providing exceptional VAs and help with a search for a law office manager. The answer was a resounding yes, and we were introduced to their Full-time Recruitment program. We cannot overstate how pleased we are with the quality of candidates, the multi-layers of screening and vetting, the frank discussions about pros and cons of each candidate, and the willingness to keep hunting until we felt we had our manager. Peachtree VA made the process of finding a key employee, too often a frustrating grind, a lot of fun.

• We've successfully collaborated with Peachtree in the past for retainer-based VA services, so when we decided to hire a new full-time team member, we turned to them for support. They handled everything from refining our job posting to checking references through to the offer letter, with the exception of final interviews. Krista prepared us well for our interviews by providing recordings from the initial interview, references, and summaries. We are grateful for our continued collaboration with Krista, Maryellen, and Peachtree!

• Courtney came in and she was incredibly excited about our mission and what we were doing. She really jumped in to get things going.

• She has just helped me grow so much. I doubled my staff this year and went through my first two staff leaving, and I wouldn't have survived without her.

• Our virtual assistant has only been with us for 7 months and has absolutely transformed our ability to focus more on bringing in new business. She has created systems and processes that make us more efficient and less stressed, and perhaps most importantly, less likely to lose money due to disorganization.

• I love her so much. How did I ever live without my VA? I don't know how I did it. I was a much less responsible person, I feel, because I was just doing things I didn't need to be doing.

• Kim's been phenomenal. She's taking care of a lot of the administrative tasks and overhead, so I can focus more on supporting our customers. She has done an exceptional job helping with our marketing, logo design, and social media.

• Having someone to delegate to and to bounce ideas around has been tremendously helpful. My VA is extremely knowledgeable in many areas that are valuable to me and my businesses.

• As many physicians experience, our administrative team is extremely busy running the practice. For me, having a VA from Peachtree was really about having someone who was looking at my day-to-day schedule and obligations from a more personal view, to bring all the things together for a productive schedule and day, and help things not slip through the cracks.

• [My VA] is brilliant! She has changed the quality of my life and lowered stress levels, and I couldn't do what I'm doing without her. She is allowing [our firm] to grow in ways that would not have been possible without her.

• I'm very pleased with my VA. She's been my calm partner as I weather this storm… I'm so thankful I made the decision to have a VA assist me.

• Asana gave me an end of year report… Last year I completed 26 projects and 612 tasks. 163 tasks were completed with [my bookkeeper] in 4 months, or 25% of all tasks last year. Thanks so much for a match that is letting me focus on the big stuff and moving my solopreneur business forward.
