Virtual Assistants
U.S.-based virtual assistant
A U.S.-based virtual assistant is a remote assistant who lives and works in the United States, so they usually share your time zone, language norms and business hours.
A U.S.-based virtual assistant works from a home office inside the United States. Because of that, calls and messages land during your working day, and the assistant knows U.S. business habits, holidays, vendors and phone etiquette. Some VAs work from other countries, which can mean overnight replies or different holidays.
For a small business, location affects daily friction. A U.S.-based VA can join a morning call, answer a client in real time and handle tasks that involve U.S. banks, payers or paperwork. It also makes it simpler to check references and run background checks.
Peachtree VA works with U.S.-based professionals only. Our virtual assistants are 1099 independent contractors, and we do not run offshore teams. Learn more on our VA services page.
