A matching guarantee is a promise to rematch a client with a new assistant at no extra cost if the first match does not fit.
A matching guarantee protects you from a bad fit. If the assistant you start with does not work out, the provider finds you a new one without charging a fee for the change. Without such a promise, switching can mean paying again or losing weeks.
